What actually
breaks — and why
The imageRUNNER ADVANCE fuser is a two-roller assembly with a ceramic heater strip. When that strip develops a cold zone, you get fuser wrinkle at the same lateral position every page. Most techs replace the whole unit. We measure the heater resistance before ordering parts.
The drum unit assembly includes the charging roller, development roller, and cleaning blade as one serviceable kit. Swapping only the drum cartridge and skipping the charging roller is a six-week fix. We do it once, correctly.
