Platform-Specific PM Plans

Every imageRUNNER model has OEM-specified maintenance intervals based on page count thresholds. Our PM plans are built to those spec sheets — not a generic quarterly visit. When your machine reaches the PM threshold, we proactively schedule the visit: fuser, drum, transfer components, and cleaning as specified for that model. PM clients experience significantly fewer mid-lease emergency failures and maintain better image quality over the equipment lifecycle.
